Stuart Kritzer was born in New York City. He graduated from Lehigh University in 1967 and received his J.D. in 1972 from Seton Hall University of Law. Mr. Kritzer also attended the Université de Grenoble in France. At age 18, when home from college, he began substitute teaching at Barringer High School in Newark, N.J.

While in law school, Stuart supported himself by driving a taxi in New York City, teaching seventh grade in Newark, New Jersey and teaching juvenile delinquent boys in a New York City high school special education program where he would start every day frisking his students for weapons. Stuart has been practicing law in Colorado since 1974, with an emphasis on defective products, dangerous medicines and supplements, automobile and truck accidents, gasoline explosion burn injuries and personal injury claims. His enviable track record and success are attributable to his skill as an attorney and the level of commitment he puts into every case. Stuart has held a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent rating, the highest awarded, for over 25 years and was selected as a "Colorado Super Lawyer" for 2011. Stuart and his wife, Janet live in the Denver area and have three grown children.
